Pelletier Award! Which we got for him! 6. After signing & near completion of my contract, “rock hopping for 5 yearsâ€. My project was, the concrete curbs & chain link fence, at Piti Cemetery, Guam. After the end of obligated service; I got out and started subcontracting; vinyl siding & roofing.
